ONLINE RETURNS PROCEDURE
We hope you’ll love your Sissi Hair order, but if you want to return any of it you can do so as long as it is unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition within 14 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS BY POST
Sissi Hair has the aim to make the returns procedure as smooth as the purchase of the product. we understand that you may want to either exchange or refund your item. Before actually posting your item back to us contact Sissi Hair through email or using the chat, explaining the reason you would like to return a product and also if you would like either a refund or exchange, this will help us to deal with your returned item quickly and efficiently.
When sending an item back to Sissi Hair, please also send the item invoice which will come with your product. The postage is paid for by the customer and therefore the customer should make sure that they get proof of postage e.g. the receipt from the post office. The customer should keep the receipt as record as it would be needed in the case of a product being lost or damaged whilst being posted to Sissi Hair.
Once we have received the item, we will contact you to notify you that your returned item is being dealt with. Please allow up to 7 working days from receipt of this email for your exchange or refund request to be processed, this may take longer for items which were faulty. If the procedure does take longer you will be contacted and the reason will be explained.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
In the case of any refund, the amount can only be refunded back to the same credit/debit card that was used to make the purchase. All refunds take 2-3 working days from the date when the refund request is processed. If a refund is based on a faulty product which is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the refund will not take place until the product check is complete by the manufacturer. If there were any promotional items with the product being returned they must also be sent back, otherwise retail value of the promotional item will be charged or will be deducted from the refund.
We cannot refund any item if:
- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items that do not meet these criteria will be charged a 50% fee OR you can opt to have the items sent back; and the reshipping fees will be charged.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to the postage address displayed below. If there were any promotional items with the product being exchanged it must also be sent back, otherwise retail value of the promotional item will be deducted and an exchange will be given only up to the new value.
You can cancel your order on the same day before 3:00pm if your order is still in our possession and you decide to cancel it after this time we may take a small cancelation fee which will be discussed before being charged. If your item is already dispatched you won’t be able to cancel the order instead you may have to wait until you receive the items and follow the returns procedure.
Cancelation by Sissi Hair: Sissi Hair will ensure that your order is fulfilled however we may consider to cancel your order if for example:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
- We don’t deliver to your area
- If any of the items ordered were incorrectly priced due to any system errors

- If you really have a special situation need to cancel the order, please contact us by Email timely! We will calculate the cancellation time according to the time of the email is received.
